### Digital Products, Online Courses, and Downloadable Content
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital access, all sales of digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, and training materials are generally **final and non-refundable** once access has been granted and you have acknowledged that you understand you are losing your right to withdraw.
**Exception – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:**
Notwithstanding the above, Build Your Wealth and Potential offers a **14-day money-back guarantee** on certain digital products and services, subject to the following conditions:
1. You must request a refund in writing within **14 days** of the original purchase date by emailing **nekleverfinconsultant@buildyourwealthandpotential.com**.
2. You must provide your order details (including order number, date of purchase, and product/service purchased) and the reason for your refund request.
3. If you have accessed, downloaded, opened, or otherwise consumed the digital product in a manner that indicates you have received the benefit of the product, the product is deemed "used" and **may not be eligible for a refund** unless the product is defective or not as described.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a refund request meets the criteria for a refund under this policy.

### Coaching Programs, Group Communities, and Memberships
For coaching programs, group communities, and membership subscriptions:
- **Monthly Subscriptions:** You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing **nekleverfinconsultant@buildyourwealthandpotential.com**. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access through that date.
- **No refunds or credits** are issued for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription.
- **Annual or Fixed-Term Programs:** Refunds for fixed-term programs are subject to the 14-day cooling-off period and the conditions set out above. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

2. Dispute the chargeback with your financial institution using all available documentation; and
3. Pursue any legal remedies available to us under Kenyan law, including recovery of our legal fees and costs.
